The Cork & Shells is held this Thursday, 4/24/08, as an ending to the Oyster Festival, which runs thru Saturday, 4/26/08. C'mon down & get yer shellful!!! Guests should have reservations for this
event.

A 30
+ item, fresh oyster menu will be served, prepared by award-winning Chef
and Owner, Jon Diebold. Smoked Oyster Salad, Oysters Mardi Gras, and
Oyster Pot Pie are just a sampling of Oyster Festival fare including, of
course, the Platform’s famous fresh-shucked Oysters On The Half Shell –
all in celebration of “Oysters: The Bi-valve Candidate For Any Party!”

Pearls of WisdomOyster Festival patrons will be invited to provide nominal cash
donations in exchange for participation in some “shellfish” fun,
including the Platform’s “Pearl Count” Contest, & the popular “Pearls Of
Wisdom”, giving customers the opportunity to win gift certificates,
T-shirts and other valuable prizes. All special event/contest proceeds
are to benefit the St. Francis Soup Kitchen.
Red 22Lucky patrons are also invited to check their oyster shells for a “Red
22” as part of their lunch, appetizer, or dinner order during the Oyster
Festival. If found, the customer will receive $25.00 in Washington
Platform gift certificates.

Hot and cold lunch and dinner specials will be served daily throughout
the Oyster Festival. A special feature this year: the “3 for 22”, your
choice of three delicious oyster appetizers for $22.00, available Monday
- Thursday, after 5:00 p.m.
½ Ass Happy Hour
Also being introduced at this years Festival is the Washington Platform
½ Ass Happy Hour. Customers will enjoy ½ off on their favorite
libations, including our new selection of Premium Martini’s and select
menu appetizers, Monday -Friday, 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
